Jeffrey O. Pollock,

Having started with insurance and mutual funds sales, since 1999 Jeff has been working closely with Jim Pollock and Lincoln Westcott in the real estate department on all aspects of sale or refinance of existing projects, development of financial and investment pro formas, acquisition of new projects, real estate development and property management, client sales and liaison.
Jeff was given lead responsibility in securing entitlements for Pollock’s 45,000 square foot Middlefield Medical Suites in Menlo Park with Stanford Hospital, Menlo Medical Clinic and Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital as the major tenants. It received an Environmental Quality Award from the City of Menlo Park and is currently 100% leased. He and the rest of the real estate team are actively working on new development projects, including an exciting 30,000 square foot + Class A building at the corner of Page Mill and El Camino Real, Palo Alto. It has been pre-leased to a major, local, private bank.
Jeff is also responsible for establishing and leading marketing efforts for PFG and improving its overall effectiveness and impact on the community. Jeff holds Series 6 and 63 licenses and has a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, having attended UC Berkeley for his first two years.
In 2002, Jeff helped found Heart of Silicon Valley (www.hosv.org), whose mission is to encourage, empower, and engage people with a passion for worthy causes through the sharing of music and community.
